遥控抓斗工作原理概述
　当抓斗打开时，滑移座与上承梁接触而与下承梁是完全分开的。此时电磁换向阀关闭，由于油缸的活塞杆与滑移座固接，缸筒与下承梁固接，所以此时油缸活塞杆完全伸出。当要抓取货物时，起重机吊索下降，由于油缸活塞可单向导通，所以油缸活塞杆能够收缩，滑移座随之下降。当油缸活塞杆完全收缩后，滑移座也完全落下。然后起重机吊索上升，滑移座随之上升，由于油缸的电磁阀处于常关闭状态，此时，油缸有杆腔被锁住，在滑轮组的作用下，滑移座上升带动下承梁渐渐向上，同时带动颚瓣闭合，并抓取物料。

The piston rod of the cylinder and then slip block, and cylinder is firmly jointed together with the down beam, sothe piston rod of the cylinder is fully extended at this time.When the grab is to grab the bulk, crane sling declines and the cylinder is pulled back as the piston rod of the cylinder can be in directed movement，and then the slip block declines.After the piston rod of the cylinder is in complete contraction, slip blocks are totally fallen down.Then the sling of the crane is raised to lead the slip block up. As the electromagnetic valve of cylinder is always closed and the rod end chamber of the cylinder is locked, with the pulley, slip block rises to drive the down beam to up,at the same time; the jaws are closedrod end chamberand grip materials.
